I finally did it—I collected all eight characters from the McDonald’s Hello Kitty and Friends x Godzilla Happy Meal collection! 🎉🦖
The final two characters I needed were Badtz-Maru x Rodan and Pompompurin x Varan, and now the entire collection is finally complete!
My full collection includes:
- Hello Kitty x Godzilla
- Chococat x SpaceGodzilla
- Kuromi x Mechagodzilla
- Keroppi x King Ghidorah
- Badtz-Maru x Rodan
- My Melody x Mothra
- Cinnamoroll x Destoroyah
- Pompompurin x Varan
Finding all eight was definitely an adventure. It really seems like the rumors might be true—different McDonald’s locations appear to carry different characters. Whenever I ordered two or three Happy Meals from the same restaurant, I often received the same character!
So, if you’re still trying to complete your collection, I recommend visiting several different McDonald’s locations instead of ordering repeatedly from only one.
I’m so happy to finally see all eight characters together. The combination of adorable Sanrio characters and legendary Godzilla monsters is strange, hilarious, and absolutely perfect. This is definitely one of my favorite McDonald’s collections ever!
